YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Last updated: June 2026

The short version: RiderOS doesn't collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your personal information. There is no backend, no account system, and no analytics. Everything you do here lives in your own browser.

1. What we collect

Nothing. RiderOS — and every tool in it (MotoModder, MotoMaintain, MotoSpec) — is a static website. There is no server-side database, no login, no user accounts, and no tracking pixels, cookies, or third-party analytics scripts collecting information about you.

2. Data you create stays in your browser

When you add bikes to your garage, lock in mod picks, set mileage, or log maintenance, that information is saved only in your browser's localStorage on your own device. It is never sent to us or anyone else. We cannot see it. If you clear your browser data, use a different browser, or use a different device, that information will not be there — because it never left your original browser.

You can export your data to a file at any time (from the MotoMaintain page) and import it elsewhere yourself. That transfer happens entirely on your device.

3. Cookies

RiderOS does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The only browser storage used is localStorage, described above, which functions purely to remember your own choices on your own device.

4. Third-party links and images

Product listings link out to third-party retailers and manufacturers (for example RevZilla, Akrapovič, or a brand's own store). When you click those links you leave this site, and the destination site's own privacy practices apply. We have no control over and take no responsibility for those sites. Bike photography is sourced from official manufacturer press materials.

5. No advertising, no data sales

We do not run ads, and we do not and will not sell, rent, or share your data — because we don't have it. If affiliate links are ever added, they may pay a small commission on purchases at no extra cost to you, but they still do not give us access to your personal data beyond what the retailer chooses to report in aggregate.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including minors.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change. Because there is no account system, we cannot notify you directly — please check back if you're curious.

8. Contact

Questions about privacy can be directed to the project maintainer. This is a personal, non-commercial project.

AI Beta

These features are in beta: results can be rough and things may change. Everything here runs on this device. The small Light model downloads once, then works offline; Apple Intelligence is built into macOS on supported Macs. Your garage never leaves your computer.

Smart search Beta
Adds ✦ Smart to search, which finds parts by meaning ("quieter exhaust", "stop the bike sliding"). Downloads a 25 MB model the first time you use it. Works with AI mode off.
AI mode Beta
Recommendations, build reviews, budget plans, parts that need each other, similar parts, gear and service insights, and Ask RiderOS, across the app.
AI level
Checking this device…
Light scores and explains everything from your own data: what to add next, how your build stacks up, similar parts, gear upgrades, when service is coming up, and Ask RiderOS.
Apple Intelligence adds Apple's on-device model on top: build reviews and Ask RiderOS answers written in plain sentences, including open questions about riding, gear, specs and the app. It runs on your Mac, nothing is sent to Apple, and every name and number it writes is checked against your data.
Downloaded models
Nothing downloaded yet.

Before you ride in

RiderOS is a free sport bike ownership suite — plan mods, track maintenance, and keep your garage dialed. Everything here is informational only: always verify parts fitment and service intervals against your owner's manual and the seller. Modify and maintain your bike at your own risk.

By continuing you confirm you've read and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

You'll only see this once on this device.
